A guide to
Wedding Paper

Planning your wedding stationery can be both exciting – and overwhelming! We’ve made our design process as simple as possible. This guide is here to walk you through our process and, by the end of it, you’ll know exactly what to expect, and you’ll be able to get back to the joy of choosing your dream wedding stationery!

Let’s begin!

01.
the four steps to

The Ordering Process

step one

Choose your Design

Our range of in-house wedding suites offers something for every style. Come explore our collection and find the one that reflects the look and feel of your special day. Every suite includes Save the Dates, Invitations, and other stationery for your wedding day.

step two

Supply your Details

You have found a favourite item and now it’s time to make it yours! Simply check out, with your selected item, and wait for the confirmation email. In it, you’ll find a form to fill in your details. Complete it as accurately as possible – this way, we can have your proofs ready for you in no time!

step three

Proof & Adjust

Once we receive your order, we get to work right away. If we have any questions about it, we’ll be sure to reach out to you. Otherwise, you’ll hear from us within 7-10 business days with an emailed digital proof of the items you’ve chosen. Your proof will include all items from your order.

step four

Print & Post

Once you have received your digital proof, you will have 48 hours to make any desired adjustments. You are allowed two free revisions before your pieces are ready for printing. After you have approved the proof, we will begin preparing your pieces for printing. We will then package and ship them, and notify you with the tracking information.

step one

Understanding your Vision

I offer all my clients a complimentary consultation call, where we go through your vision for your wedding day. My clients have taken inspiration from all aspects of their life; from their wedding flowers, to family crests, to snippet’s of a beloved grandmother’s lace veil.

After our call, you’ll receive a provisional quote and timeline for your commission. If you wish to proceed, a 50% booking fee is required at this point in order to secure the booking.

step two

First Drafts & Supply your Details

If you agree to go ahead, you’ll then receive a sketched draft of your concept. At this stage, you’ll be able to make up to three rounds of revisions to the design. You’ll also receive colour swatches, so you are fully confident in the vision before the painting begins.

Due to the nature of watercolour paintings, this is the last stage to make adjustments to the composition, as it isn’t possible to make adjustments once the painting has begun.

step three

Painting

Once you’ve signed off on the sketches and colour swatches, the painting can begin! This is where your design truly comes to life. You’ll receive photographs of your painting-in-progress and, when it’s complete, you’ll receive a digital mockup of your design for your confirmation. A physical proof will be sent to you, for your approval to begin to printing process.

At this stage, the remaining 50% deposit will be due.

step four

Print & Post

After you have approved the proof, we will begin preparing your pieces for printing. We will then package and ship them, and notify you with the tracking information.
